So, this is Loondog95's blog. Do not ask why I chose this name, nicknames have come into play.
My critical investigation is on the effect of video games on kids and teenagers. This is an issue regularly brought up in the media with two sides of a debate battling it out with evidence on both sides.
Looking at the effect of video games on kids and teenagers comes up with some very serious issues. What turns a kid into a killer? The game giving him ideas, or that he was mentally disturbed in the first place? Maybe a mix of the both?
Media Theorists and psychologists have researched this in great depth yet concrete evidence for each side counter-acts the other one, throughout the following weeks I will be looking in depth at each side and forming my own opinion on the subject.
